Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add cleaned and scored squid to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill squid for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine watercress, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, toasted sliced almonds, and chopped cilantro.
Slice grilled squid into rings and add to the bowl with the salad ingredients. Toss gently to combine.
