Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until garlic is golden brown and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat it in the garlic oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until spaghetti is warmed through.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt to taste.
