Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams pork tenderloin cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the pork pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Serve the souvlaki hot with pita bread and your choice of sauce or side.
