Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Thread the seasoned potatoes onto skewers, keeping a little space between each potato.
Place the skewers on the grill or in an oven-safe dish and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve warm, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
