A simple yet delicious recipe for skewered baby potatoes seasoned with fresh rosemary, perfect for grilling or roasting.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams baby potatoes washed and halved if large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  • Thread the seasoned potatoes onto skewers, keeping a little space between each potato.
  • Place the skewers on the grill or in an oven-safe dish and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
