Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken thighs and chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
Spread the chicken and chickpeas onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
