This is a quick and flavorful sheet pan meal combining juicy chicken with spiced chickpeas, making for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken thighs and chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  • Spread the chicken and chickpeas onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
