Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces spinach fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and toss to coat in the oil and garlic.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
