In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and cook until tender.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.
Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and let it melt.
