A simple and delicious treat that combines ripe bananas and sweet caramelized brown sugar, made quickly and easily by frying.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces banana ripe
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter unsalted

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the bananas into halves lengthwise.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir until it dissolves and begins to bubble.
  • Place the banana slices in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and caramelized.
  • Remove the bananas from the skillet and serve warm.
