Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 100 grams mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 200 ml cream whipped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into strips about 2 cm wide.
  • Wrap each strip around a greased cone-shaped mold, overlapping slightly.
  • Place wrapped molds on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • In a bowl, gently fold the mixed berries into the whipped cream along with vanilla extract.
  • Carefully fill the cooled pastry cones with the berry and cream mixture.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
