such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

cream
whipped

tablespoons
powdered sugar
for dusting

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into strips about 2 cm wide.
Wrap each strip around a greased cone-shaped mold, overlapping slightly.
Place wrapped molds on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
In a bowl, gently fold the mixed berries into the whipped cream along with vanilla extract.
Carefully fill the cooled pastry cones with the berry and cream mixture.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
