Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • In a small frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the poppy seeds. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain the noodles and toss them with the poppy seed and butter mixture.
  • Add sugar and cinnamon to the noodles, and toss everything to combine well.
  • Serve immediately with extra poppy seeds on top if desired.
