fresh or canned, drained

grated

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

honey
to taste

cold, or sparkling water for fizz
to serve

Instructions
In a blender, add pineapple chunks, grated ginger, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey.
Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
Strain the blended mixture into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
Add cold water to the pitcher and stir well. If using sparkling water, add it just before serving to maintain the fizz.
Serve the lemonade over ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
