Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each bacon slice in half. Wrap each mini sausage with a half slice of bacon.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 16 strips.
Wrap each bacon-wrapped sausage with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges with a bit of beaten egg.
Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the bacon is cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
