Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the sugar to the cream cheese mixture, beating until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
