Instructions
Pat the tuna steak dry with paper towels.
Rub the olive oil over both sides of the tuna steak.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat until very hot.
Place the tuna steak in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until a crust forms.
Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
