Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Stir the peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate.
Spread the white chocolate mixture over the paper.
Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy over the top layer.
Refrigerate until both layers are completely set, about 20 minutes.
Break into pieces and serve.
