Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine with the bacon, spinach, and garlic.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
