A delicious and simple pasta dish combining crispy bacon and fresh spinach with penne pasta, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams penne pasta dry
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine with the bacon, spinach, and garlic.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
