Ingredients

linguine

shrimp
peeled and deveined, medium

bunch
broccoli rabe
trimmed and chopped

cloves
garlic
minced

olive oil

red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped broccoli rabe and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Return the shrimp to the skillet and add the cooked linguine. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
