Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving some of the pasta water.
In a serving bowl, place the hollowed out Parmesan wheel.
Transfer the hot pasta into the Parmesan wheel and toss until the cheese melts and coats the pasta well.
Add butter and a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce.
Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
