Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams white fish fillet such as cod or tilapia
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
  • Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge the fish in the Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly to coat both sides.
  • Place the coated fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with a side of your choice.
