Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
Reduce heat to low, return the chicken to the skillet, and add the pesto. Stir to coat the chicken and vegetables thoroughly.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
