Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 small squares.
Place one olive in the center of each puff pastry square and wrap the pastry around the olive, pinching the ends to seal.
Place the wrapped olives on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Olive Puffs!
