A delightful and easy-to-make salmon dish glazed with a tangy mustard and sweet maple syrup that is perfect for any dinner setting.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon skinless, 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Brush the mustard-maple mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
