Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Brush the mustard-maple mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
