Instructions
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese gently until combined.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the berry juice or syrup and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and then add a layer of mixed berries.
Repeat the layering with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries.
Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
