A traditional Japanese soup made with miso paste and dashi broth.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups dashi broth
  • 3 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup tofu cubed
  • 1 sheet Nori seaweed cut into strips

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, bring the dashi broth to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the miso paste. Stir until the miso is dissolved.
  • Add the green onions, tofu, and nori strips to the pot.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, until the tofu is heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
