Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute until melted.
Stir in almond flour and beaten egg into the melted cheese mixture until a dough forms.
Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Cover with another sheet and roll out to form a pizza crust.
Remove the top parchment sheet and place the crust with the bottom sheet on a baking tray.
Bake the crust for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust.
Top with cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and olives.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with fresh tomatoes if desired.
