Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams spaghetti or your choice of pasta
  • 200 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 whole lemon juiced and zested
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to combine.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
