Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups arugula fresh, washed and dried
  • 1 small lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shaved

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the arugula and lemon juice.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and toss to coat the leaves evenly.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
