seeded and finely chopped

apple cider vinegar

powdered pectin
Instructions
Combine chopped jalapeños and apple cider vinegar in a large saucepan.
Stir in sugar and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in the powdered pectin and return to a hard boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and skim off any foam using a spoon.
Pour hot jelly into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace. Seal jars with lids and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
