Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream and honey over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm and smoothly combined.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
