Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Brush the honey mustard glaze all over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them evenly.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
