Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and glaze the chicken.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
