Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot.
Add the Hoji Cha tea leaves to the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain the milk to remove the tea leaves.
Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the Hoji Cha latte into a mug and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
Serve hot and enjoy!
