Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Hoji Cha tea leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon powder for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot.
  • Add the Hoji Cha tea leaves to the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and strain the milk to remove the tea leaves.
  • Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the Hoji Cha latte into a mug and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
