An easy and quick dish made with thinly sliced Brussels sprouts, brightened with lemon for a fresh and zesty flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Add the hashed Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until bright green and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm as a side dish.
