Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 medium red bell pepper roasted and peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus extra for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Combine chickpeas, tahini, roasted red bell pepper, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and smoked paprika in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, adding olive oil gradually. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil. Serve with pita chips or raw veggies. Decorate as desired.
