Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Add the halloumi slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the halloumi from the pan and place on a serving plate.
Drizzle honey over the fried halloumi, ensuring each piece is coated.
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top and serve immediately.
