Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams halloumi cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 medium red bell pepper cut into pieces
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium red onion cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the halloumi cubes, red bell pepper pieces, zucchini slices, and red onion wedges onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
  • Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  • Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the halloumi is golden and slightly charred.
