This simple grilled tuna steaks recipe brings out the best flavors of the tuna with a tangy marinade and a quick grill time for perfect sear marks.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces tuna steaks about 200g each
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill on each side for about 4 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
  • Allow the tuna to rest for a few minutes before serving.
