Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper.
Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill on each side for about 4 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
Allow the tuna to rest for a few minutes before serving.
