Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place Portobello mushrooms in a shallow dish, gill side up. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Place mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and grill for about 5 minutes. Flip and grill for another 5 minutes, or until tender.
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately.
