1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
1/4cupolive oil
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoondried thyme

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Place Portobello mushrooms in a shallow dish, gill side up. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
