Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Ensure steaks are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
Remove tuna steaks from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Remove tuna from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
