A delightful and simple dessert made by grilling juicy peaches and seasoning them with a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 peaches ripe, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Brush the cut side of the peach halves with melted butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the peach halves.
  • Place peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip the peaches over and continue grilling for another 2-3 minutes, until they are tender.
  • Remove from grill and serve warm, optionally with a scoop of ice cream.
