Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams green beans trimmed and halved
  • 150 grams corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the corn and green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
