Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, baking powder (if needed), and protein powder until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and divide it into equal parts. Roll each part into a thick rope and shape it into a bagel.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
