Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, basil, dill, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
In a large salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Divide the salad among plates and top with sliced grilled chicken.
