Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
  • Add the chopped basil and parsley to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
