Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
Add the chopped basil and parsley to the skillet and stir to combine.
Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
