Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup milk whole milk for best results
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Place the melted butter in a 9x13-inch pan and make sure the pan is well-coated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the edges puff up and are golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like powdered sugar, maple syrup, or fresh fruit.
