Ingredients
  

  • 3 large russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
  • Place the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the potato wedges.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, turning them halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
