Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp (450g), peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  • Spread the shrimp mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
