Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale washed and thoroughly dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the kale leaves from their stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, making sure all leaves are well-coated.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and toss to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  • Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the edges are brown but not burnt.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. The chips will become crispier as they cool.
