Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb turkey breast sliced
  • 1 avocado ripe, mashed
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season turkey slices with salt and pepper.
  • Cook turkey slices in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Spread mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
  • Top each toast with a fried turkey slice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
