Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season turkey slices with salt and pepper.
Cook turkey slices in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Toast the bread slices.
Spread mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
Top each toast with a fried turkey slice.
