Instructions
Peel the bananas and slice them into halves lengthwise.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Place the banana slices in the hot oil, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove the fried bananas from the pan and drain on paper towels.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
