A simple and delicious dessert made by frying bananas until they are golden brown and serving them with a sweet topping or dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole banana ripe but firm
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into halves lengthwise.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Place the banana slices in the hot oil, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Remove the fried bananas from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
